ABC Teachers is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Special Educational Needs School in Walsall. This full-time opportunity begins in September 2025, with the potential for a long-term role for the right person!

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide personalised support to students with complex and profound SEND, nurturing their educational, social, and emotional development
Collaborate with class teachers to deliver an engaging, inclusive, and accessible curriculum
Support students aged 4 to 19 through 1:1 and small group sessions, helping them reach their full potential

‍♀️ About You:

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Hold a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)
Have experience working with children or young people with moderate to complex additional needs
Are a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with students and staff ️
Can provide suitable references and hold (or are willing to obtain) a valid DBS check ✅
