We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to join a range of fantastic schools across Northampton and nearby areas. With multiple long-term roles available starting ASAP, this is a great opportunity to inspire and make a real difference in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress and wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to deliver high-quality education.
* Maintain accurate records of student achievement, progress, and behaviour.
* Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
* Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A passion for education and helping students reach their potential.
* Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
