Hours: Part-time (flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays)
Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Stevensons Hair Salon – a 5-star rated,Hair Salon in the heart of Bournville – is looking for a warm and professional part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued clients.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients with a smile and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere

Answering phone calls, managing salon bookings, and responding to enquiries
*
Handling payments and keeping client records up to date
*
Supporting the salon team with general administrative tasks
*
Helping ensure the reception area is tidy, and inviting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Confident using phones and booking systems (training provided)
*
Reliable, well-presented, and enthusiastic
*
Previous reception, retail, or customer service experience is essential
*
Able to work evenings and/or Saturdays
