The Role:

You will support the Conveyancing team in managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, under the supervision of experienced fee earners. Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting solicitors with residential property transactions
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting searches and assisting with exchange and completion processes
* Maintaining accurate records and case management

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a residential conveyancing environment is essential
