Reperio Human Capital is a leading IT specialist consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses primarily on the growing technology market in Ireland and the United States. We currently have operations in Belfast, Dublin and in the United States (Tampa, Florida).

We're hiring an entry-level / graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Belfast, where you'll spend around two years learning the ropes, getting proper training, and building real recruitment experience.

For people who do well, there's a genuine opportunity after that to relocate to our US office in Tampa, Florida, and continue your career in the US tech recruitment market.

This role suits someone early in their career who's ambitious, willing to put the work in, and likes the idea of building a long-term career with clear progression and the chance to work internationally.

About the role

You will engage with candidates and conduct initial phone interviews with them.
High call volume, this includes cold calling, BD outreach and following up with your clients.
Negotiating terms of business with clients when needed.
Discovery calls with clients to get a solid understanding of their requirements for roles that you will be working on.
Reviewing CVs and assessing candidates' suitability.
Working closely with clients and managing the process from start to finish. Sending CVs scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
