Groundworker / HGV Driver required.

? Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:00 (some flexibility required)

? Salary: £33,000 – £39,000 per year (approx., dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are a well-established groundwork contractor providing a comprehensive and professional service across all aspects of groundwork. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking to recruit a Groundworker / HGV Driver to join our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Groundworker who also holds a current HGV licence and is confident driving a 9.5T tipper lorry, while also being hands-on onsite as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Driving and operating a 9.5T tipper lorry

Carrying out general groundwork duties on site

Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

Maintaining high standards of reliability, punctuality, and workmanship

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ HGV driving experience

Clean driving licence

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Reliable, hardworking, and honest

Able to work independently and within a small team
