The Opportunity

This is a senior, commercially focused valuation role offering real autonomy, influence and decision-making authority.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice while helping to shape business-critical decisions, operational standards and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Delivering high-quality valuation advice in line with RICS standards across relevant asset classes.

* Acting as a trusted valuation expert to internal stakeholders, investors and external partners.

* Taking ownership of complex valuation instructions and providing clear, commercially robust advice.

* Playing a key role in shaping valuation processes, controls and best practice as the business scales.

* Contributing to strategic and business-critical decisions within a fast-growing start-up environment.

* Supporting the development of the Manchester office and wider valuation function.

* Working closely with senior leadership and private equity stakeholders as the business grows.

* Helping to establish the firm’s reputation, credibility and market presence.

* Remaining hands-on while operating at a senior, commercially minded level.

Candidate Profile

* Fully RICS qualified (MRICS) is essential.

* Substantial experience within valuation, ideally within a commercial, lender or advisory-led environment.

* Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to take ownership of complex work.

* Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving start-up.

* Hungry, driven and motivated to build something meaningful rather than step into a static role.

* Commercially astute, with the ability to influence and support business-critical decisions.

* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and industry leaders.

Package & Benefits

* Base salary: £70,000 – £95,000 depending on experience

* Performance-related bonus structure

* 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
