I'm working with a residential developer in East Sussex who is looking for a Senior Site Manager to take a key role on their live housing scheme.
The essentials:

Start: ASAP
Rate: £350 per day CIS (negotiable for the right person)
Potential to go permanent
Project type: New build residential development
Certifications required: CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid is ideal but there would be flexibility on thisThe scheme:

A heavyweight Senior Site Manager with a strong leadership style and presence on site
Someone capable of driving the programme forward
