Key Responsibilities
• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing probate and full estate administration matters
• Trust creation and ongoing administration
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning advice
• Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development initiatives

About You
• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Confident managing a full caseload independently
• Strong technical expertise across wills, probate and tax planning
• Experience advising on complex and high-value estates
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercially aware and proactive in approach
