Rated as one of the best Legal firms to work for in both 2024 and 2025, our client located in Hertfordshire and dating back over a century are looking for a Contracts Lawyer of 5 years + PQE either a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a dedicated commercial team. 

Contracts Lawyer experience to include:
 
Commercial contracts experience
Advising on procurement contracts
Service agreements
E-commerce contracts 
Distribution agreements
Agency agreements
a strong knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection rules, regulations and compliance
Able to build strong and lasting relationships
Have strong communication skills
