The Role:

As a key member of the team, you’ll handle a broad range of commercial property transactions, including:

* Buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties

* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases

* Advising on landlord and tenant matters

* Assisting with development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals

* Handling secured lending and property finance transactions

Beyond managing a caseload, you’ll also have the chance to:

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development

What We’re Looking For:

* A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property

* A proven ability to independently manage a varied caseload

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
