About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher. Your role will involve:
• Managing the classroom environment to ensure positive behaviour and learning
• Supporting students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 across a variety of subjects
• Promoting a calm and productive learning atmosphere
• Providing feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring)
• Is confident in managing groups of students and delivering instructions
• Can adapt to different subjects and school environments
• Brings energy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to classroom management
