Salary/Package: Circe £50k plus benefits

We’re partnering with a UK manufacturing business operating across Upper and Lower Tier COMAH sites to recruit an HSE Manager with the confidence and credibility to lead safety across two locations.

This is a hands-on, visible role for someone who enjoys working closely with operations, influencing culture, and driving practical, effective HSE standards.

What you’ll do

* Lead Health, Safety & Environmental activity across two manufacturing sites

* Own ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 compliance

* Manage incident reporting and investigations

* Engage with regulators and auditors (HSE, EA, BSI)

* Deliver training, toolbox talks and site engagement

* Report on HSE performance and improvements

* Support occupational health and emergency response

What we’re looking for

* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)

* TechIOSH (or working towards Chartered)

* COMAH or chemical manufacturing experience (ideal)

* Confident, practical safety leader with strong people skills

* Full UK driving licence
