Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading team delivering projects for Northumbrian Water across the Hartlepool region. This is a permanent opportunity offering long‑term stability and the chance to work on essential water industry infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities on Northumbrian Water sites
Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client standards
Oversee site teams, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance
Coordinate permits, RAMS, and compliance documentation
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements:

Gold JIB/ECS Card (mandatory)
SSSTS certification (mandatory)
Previous experience supervising electrical works in the water, utilities, or heavy industrial sector
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and work to deadlines
