Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing/engineering environment in Coventry. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long‑term stability for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high‑quality MIG welding on mild steel components.
Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
Carry out fabrication, cutting, grinding, and finishing of metal assemblies.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health & safety procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication setting.
Strong ability to read engineering drawings.
Good eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full‑time Monday to Friday.
