We're currently looking to appoint a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our outstanding Primary team at Tradewind Recruitment in central London.

Please note: only applicants with prior education recruitment experience will be considered for this role.

What We Offer:

Base Salary: £35,000-£60,000 depending on experience

Uncapped Commission: Earn commission from your first placement-no threshold

Established Desk: Join a team with long-standing relationships and strong candidate pipelines

Progression: Clear pathway into management or principal consultant roles

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in education recruitment-Primary sector experience preferred

A solid track record of hitting targets and growing a desk

Strong business development and client relationship skills

Ability to mentor or support junior team members

A driven, professional, and collaborative mindset
