We’re working with a specialist technology company that designs and installs integrated systems for high-spec properties. They're now looking for an experienced Senior Installation Engineer to lead system installations across residential and commercial environments.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering complete setups - including media systems, control interfaces, and structured cabling - ensuring everything is configured, tested, and working to a high standard. You’ll also support junior team members and liaise with clients on-site to deliver a smooth project experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading installations of technology systems, from audio-visual setups to control and networking
Reading and working from wiring diagrams and technical drawings
Commissioning systems and completing client handovers
Supporting less experienced engineers with training and troubleshooting
Diagnosing faults and resolving issues both on-site and remotely
Coordinating with internal teams to keep projects on track
Completing reports and keeping job documentation up to date What You’ll Need
Around 3+ years of experience in a technical installation or engineering role
Familiarity with systems such as Control4, Lutron, Crestron, or similar
Strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of signal flow and system structure
Basic IP/networking knowledge (e.g., switches, routers, VLANs)
Good communication skills and confidence working on-site with clients
Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer
Salary of £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
