Tradewind is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the SK4 area of Stockport, seeking a dedicated and experienced School Caretaker to join their team.

This full-time role involves working afternoon shifts and is ideally suited to a candidate with prior experience in a caretaker or similar facilities role. The school is easily accessible from Manchester and offers a supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience as a caretaker, site manager, or in a related role

Be proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative

Be responsible for maintaining site security, cleanliness, and minor repairs

Support the school's health and safety procedures

Work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager
