Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer

Location: Winnersh, Berkshire

Salary: £40,000 per annum + car and additional benefits

About the Role:

This full-time role will see you deliver training to clients who operate across a broad range of sectors. From first time managers to senior business leaders of multi-national organisations.

Our training is delivered in-person at our offices in Winnersh and Nottingham, and at our client's premises. Courses are also run through Zoom and include:

First Line Management
ILM Level 3 award in Leadership and Management
ILM Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management
Bespoke management training
ILM Level 5 Qualification in coaching and mentoring
ILM Level 7 Qualification in coaching and mentoring
Train the trainerAbout you:

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited management and leadership training.

Alternatively, someone with the right training experience and a desire to learn more about ILM will be welcomed.

You'll need to be an excellent communicator and have a proven track record of adapting your training style based on the seniority, experience and needs of the delegates.

As well as delivering our standard courses you'll also work closely with our account managers and our other in-house trainers to design and deliver bespoke courses to meet the specific needs of our clients.

As a progressive business that is expanding our eLearning training if you enjoy presenting on camera that could also be helpful. Our sister company - whom we share an office with - has TV, radio, and podcasting studios so we're well supported.
