Logical Personnel Solutions are currently representing a national contractor on the hunt for a freelance construction project manager.

This role is inside IR35 therefore it is CIS / Self Emplyoyed or PAYE only.

The role will be ideally based out of locations across the M62 Corridor, from Manchester to Hull although it will be flexible working (3 days home) 2 days on site.

The project values range from £100k to £500k and will vary from boiler upgrades, through to roofing projects through to electrical schemes.

The role itself requires the below;

Temporary works (TWC)

CSCS black card

First Aid

*

Asbestos Awareness

*

Level 6 diploma or Equivalent

Enhanced DBS or, DBS as a minimum
