Hybrid working - 1 day in Lutterworth office per week

Monday to Friday - 36.25 hours per week

Our client, a membership association in Lutterworth, are looking for a Digital Learning Officer to fulfil project needs through the design and development of innovative digital learning resources. This role encompasses content creation, copywriting and project management and will be suitable for candidates with experience in the deliverance of learning resources and materials.

The key responsibilities of a Digital Learning Officer:

* Responsible for designing, developing and delivering digital learning resources for ethical and scope framework projects

* Supporting with work of the wider team to develop a range of innovative digital learning resources in different formats, supporting CPD needs of members

* Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials

* Analyse and evaluate feedback on resources to inform developments and innovations for future resources

* Supporting the Member Engagement Manager with implementation of the digital learning content strategy

* Attending organisational hybrid events either in person or remotely (4 per year)

The necessary requirements, skills and experience of a Digital Learning Officer:

* Professional qualification in a related degree (content creation, media production) or qualified by experienc e- essential

* Practical experience in learning content delivery including media, recording, editing and design - essential

* Experience of writing learning outcomes and collating supportive resources - essential

* Technical knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Suite (all programs including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) - essential

* Experience using Vyond would be advantageous

* Experience in a membership association or charity would be advantageous

* Experience writing copy for web, uploading content to a CMS and working collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders

* Prior experience managing projects

* A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders

* Excellent attention to detail

* Able to prioritise - this is a busy role with tight deadlines
