Job Title: Mobile Forklift Operator (Reach & Counterbalance)
Location: Wolverton (MK12), Panattoni Park (NN7), Tilbrook (MK7)
Pay Rate: £14.55 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (must be available some Saturdays)

Industrious Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and flexible Mobile Forklift Operator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role will involve working across multiple sites, including Wolverton, Panattoni Park, and Tilbrook. Assignments will be scheduled in advance but based on operational demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating Reach and Counterbalance (CB) forklifts safely and efficiently

*

Performing manual handling tasks as part of daily operations

*

Supporting logistics and warehouse functions across multiple sites

*

Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and site-specific protocols

Requirements:

*

Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licenses

*

Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience

*

Strong manual handling capabilities

*

Flexibility to work across various locations as needed

*

Availability to work on Saturdays (rotational, not every week)

*

A clamp attachment licence is highly advantageous

*

Reliable transport to commute between sites
