URGENT REQUIREMENT – PLUMBER/ MULTI-TRADER

Location: Birmingham and Tamworth

Maptalent are urgently seeking several experienced Plumber/Multi-Traders for ongoing aids and adaptations work across various locations in the West Midlands including Birmingham and Tamworth, specifically within the social housing sector.

Main Duties Include:

* Full installation of wet rooms, including level access showers

* Strip-out of existing bathrooms

* You must be a skilled Plumber with good skills in carpentry, plastering, tiling, and floor prep

* You Must have relevant domestice experience

You’ll be working as part of a skilled team, helping to deliver vital home adaptations.

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Skilled Worker (Blue) Card

* Asbestos Awareness certification

* Proven multi-trade experience in similar roles

* Checkable references

* Own transport essential

This is a long-term role with consistent work.
