Location: Coventry, UK

Working Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm - Hybrid Working Available

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee record management, data entry, and file maintenance.
Coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
Support employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the HR team to drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.
Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
