As a Home Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the overall operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents.
Inspire and guide staff to maintain person-centred care standards in line with company values.
Meet financial targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Quality and Governance Leads to ensure a safe and effective service.
Support the Deputy/Clinical Lead in recruiting, retaining, and developing the nursing and care staff team.Package and Benefits:

Experience managing a large nursing home effectively.
