Must Have’s
* Experience in a customer-facing or sales-based environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
* Self-motivated and thrives in a competitive team environment
* Strong focus on delivering great customer service
Nice to Have’s
* Experience in insurance, renewals, or financial services
* Working towards (or interest in) Cert CII qualification
So, what will you be doing?
* Managing policy renewals by quoting and following up with existing customers
* Driving retention rates through excellent customer service and timely communication
* Understanding and promoting the full suite of insurance products
* Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and policies remain relevant
* Collaborating with the wider team on improvements and new ideas
