Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

Our client, a well-established precision engineering business based in Birkenhead, is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive with sales experience to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong sales ability and a passion for developing long-term success within a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Work closely with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing or engineering environments.
Previous experience selling laser cutting services or metal fabrication solutions is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Package Details:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm / Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
25 days annual leave + Bank Holiday
