Are you a HSEQ Manager with a NEBOSH qualification? Are you interested in joining a best in class and unique engineering company based in Redditch?

Due to continued growth and expansion, my client is looking for a HSEQ Manager to join their highly skilled team in Redditch. They are a heavy engineering specialist, offering you the chance to work on a variety of projects within the automotive, industrial, rail and nuclear sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business to implement their HSEQ processes and initiatives. You will facilitate a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring adherence to related statutory duties and best practice standards.

You will use your knowledge and skillset to promote a positive health and safety culture in the workplace and ensure legal compliance.

The Role:
*Implementing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality initiatives
*Maintaining ISO9001 and additional quality standards across the business
*Lead auditor for the business

The Candidate:
*Previous experience within a HSEQ or similar role
*Background in engineering, manufacturing or similar environment
*Lives a commutable distance from Redditch
