Job Title: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
Salary: Up to £36,000 Basic | £42,000+ OTE

We’re currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a well-established and growing dealership group in Leamington Spa. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicle brands – including premium models – in a professional, supportive environment.

Role Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to manufacturer standards
• Service and maintain a wide range of vehicles, including both franchise and premium marques
• Complete accurate vehicle reports and recommend further work where necessary
• Work as part of a skilled and friendly team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:
• Essential:
o Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Automotive Maintenance and Repair
o Previous experience in a dealership or service centre environment
o Full UK Driving Licence

• Desirable:
o MOT Tester Licence
o Diagnostic software experience
o Apprentice-trained background
