Mobile Maintenance Electrician

– Temporary to Permanent role

We are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician.

Mobile role covering Manchester and surrounding areas.

Salary: £39,000

* Company vehicle & fuel card provided

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

* On-call rota

* Covering Greater Manchester, Leeds and Runcorn (Leeds & Runcorn once every 2 weeks) depending on requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance and identify potential issues

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Reactive maintenance

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults with minimal disruption to operations

* Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, and other electrical components

Requirements:

* City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent qualification)

* 17th or 18th Edition

* Proven experience in a similar maintenance electrician role within facilities management

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems.

* Customer focused

* Previous experience with mechanical systems in commercial environments

* Confident in fault finding and resolving issues independently

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
