Role Description

Location:Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire
Salary:£Excellent salary & £6k car allowance per annum plus benefits
-33 days annual holiday (incl. bank holidays)
Hours: 
Full time, 37.5 Hours per week (Permanent)

The Strategic Visionary

Senior management experience in social care
QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or equivalent)
Deep understanding of CQC requirements and health & social care regulationsThe Inspirational Leader

Exemplary leadership skills with a coaching and collaborative approach working closely with Operational Director and provides strong leadership to the Home Managers and support to the wider teams.
Experience in leading Home Managers, team members and colleagues to ensure standards of performance are maintained and continuously improved wherever possible.
Working closely and building relationships with families and commissioners
Proven track record of managing change and delivering service improvementsThe Passionate Advocate

Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Autism principles
Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities
Passion for promoting Quality of Life for the people we support
Commitment to promoting rights, inclusion, choice, and dignityThe Commercially-Minded Professional

Strong budget and resource management skills
Experience collaborating with Local Authorities and Commissioners
Commercial acumen with focus on value-for-money service delivery
