We’re recruiting for a Lead HVAC Engineer on behalf of a well-established and growing Facilities Management provider. You’ll be leading works across a portfolio of prestige commercial sites in London, supporting junior engineers and taking the lead on more complex issues. Perfect for someone who wants more responsibility — without stepping into full management just yet.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems – VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, split systems

*

Lead on-site operations, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical support where needed

*

Ensure high standards of compliance and H&S

*

Support with planning and reporting to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

*

Participate in a 1 in 3 call-out rota

What We’re Looking For:

*

Qualified HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer (FGAS Category 1 essential)

*

Experience with a wide range of HVAC equipment in commercial environments

*

Comfortable leading small teams or mentoring engineers (or ready to step into this)

*

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

*

Full UK driving licence
