Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: £87.72 - £92.78 per day
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Full-time 

Smart Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant in the Birmingham area.

Job requirements:
• Must have a DBS on the Update Service
• Level 2 qualification
• Experience supporting children with SEND essential
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, adaptable, and committed to helping children reach their potential

Role responsibilities:
• Support learning and development for pupils aged 4–19
• Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and differentiated learning
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide inclusive and effective support
• Contribute to the school’s positive and nurturing environment
