Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to join schools in Tewkesbury and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across both Primary and Secondary settings while supporting pupils' learning and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons following teachers' plans and curriculum objectives

Supervise and engage students to maintain learning and classroom standards

Support classroom management and positive behaviour

Adapt to different school environments and year groups

Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and pupils

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, but not essential for some placements

Previous classroom experience is advantageous

Reliable, flexible, and confident in managing classes independently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm and commitment to supporting students' learning
