Job Title: Staff Nurse (Agency) – NHS Ward Shifts
Location: Gloucester
Pay Rate: £22.00- £45.00 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible shifts available)

Meridian Business Support is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Childrens Nurses (RCNs) to join our team, providing agency cover for ward-based shifts within an NHS Trust in Gloucester. This role offers flexible working arrangements to suit your availability while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NHS guidelines and policies.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient care plans.
Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
Provide compassionate care, offering support to patients and their families.Essential Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
A minimum of six months of NHS ward experience within the last two years.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
