Multi-Skilled HGV/LCV Technician (Heavy & Light Vehicles)
Location: Bicester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week, with 60-minute unpaid break)
Earnings: £44,000 Basic Salary - OTE £64,926 per annum

Due to continued growth and increased demand, my client a commercial main dealership is seeking a multi-skilled technician to join their team. They are looking for an individual with the ability to work on both heavy and light commercial vehicles—a rare skill set they believe deserves proper recognition and reward.

This is a varied and hands-on role within a supportive, family-run business that values expertise and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles

*

Flexibly switching between light and heavy vehicle work as required

*

Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment

*

Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
