Transport Planner - Nights Shift

Location: Preston, UK

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000pa (DOE)

Are you an experienced Transport Planner/Operator with a background in Haulage, Groupage, or Container Operations? Are you looking to advance your career for an established and highly regarded Global Logistics Company? This role could be excellent for you!

Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Nights)

To schedule and plan day-to-day customer deliveries.
Liaise with new and existing customers.
Meet transport legislation commitment.
Monitor fleet maintenance requirements and liaise with drivers.
Daily input of KPI's, delivery and collection issues, preparing paperwork.Requirements:

Previous Transport Planning Experience.
Previous experience working for a UK based Freight Forwarder/Road Transport Company or Shipping Line.
Previous experience with Haulage, Groupage, Container, Trunking or Ro/Ro operations/transport.
