With a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects, we are seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our professional team and help shape the built environment with innovation, precision, and integrity.
The Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of a variety of construction projects. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects through all RIBA stages
Act as the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants
Develop and maintain project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
Monitor project progress and manage performance to ensure key milestones are met
Produce clear and concise project reports for stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, contract terms, and health & safety requirements
About You:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side role
Background in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
Excellent understanding of project management tools and methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards chartership is desirable
A proactive and solution-focused approach with attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South West
