Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – North Somerset

Location: North Somerset (Nailsea, Clevedon, Portishead, Backwell, Weston, Blagdon)
Pay: Weekly
Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm
Contract: Daily, short-term and long-term supply

About the Role:
Education People are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across Primary and Secondary schools in the North Somerset area. This is a great opportunity to work locally and within a variety of schools on a daily, short or long term basis.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with supporting children or young people (school, childcare, SEN, or youth work background desirable) within the last 3 years

*

A patient, caring and proactive approach

Reliable, adaptable and committed to supporting children’s learning

A genuine passion for education and making a difference

*

Flexibility, able to work mornings, afternoons and all days
