You should be an excellent man manager with previous experience of implementing continuous improvement activity across small multi skilled teams. Production Manager - Role and Responsibilities - Manufacturing Manager / Operations Manager / Lean / Continuous Improvement

* Day-to-day management of a small team which is set to grow
* Co-ordinate internal and external training and Health and Safety
* Deliver against KPIs for volume and quality of manufactured product
* Continuously improve processes and procedures.
* Frequent commercial contact

Production Manager - Skills and Abilities - Manufacturing Manager /Operations Manager / Lean / Continuous Improvement

* Minimum five years production experience in a managerial capacity
* Good communication skills and man management ability
* Results orientated and KPI led. Understand key business requirements and deliver
* Formal CI/Lean training preferred but not essential
* React well to changing circumstances. Ability to solve problems as they arise
