We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, premium main dealership in West London. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the main point of contact throughout the service journey — from initial booking to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist customers with service enquiries

* Manage bookings, updates, and vehicle progress

* Liaise with workshop and parts teams

* Provide estimates and promote additional services

* Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Customer-focused approach with a calm, can-do attitude

* Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure

* Previous experience in a similar role essential

* Full UK Driving License preferred
