My client is looking for an established Heating Manager to join their team based in Yorkshire. For this role, you would be responsible for making sure the heat network is effectively managed by their suppliers and provide options for its future.

Description

To create the future strategy to deliver the organisations vision for cost effective and sustainable heating across our heat networks
To liaise with consultants to secure the necessary funding to execute the agreed strategy
To review the sustainability credentials of our district heating systems, together with any proposed changes to the system
To review the organisations internal policy on district heating networks and update where needed
To manage all associated funding bids, with support from contractor/consultants
To be responsible for liaising with residents, both as committees and individually, as necessaryProfile

Ideally your career to date has been within mechanically biased Building Services Engineering, having operational experience on district heating systems.
Proven track record of problem solving and fault finding.
Team leader experience.
Knowledge of CDM and robust Health & Safety TrainingJob Offer
