Vibrance has an exciting opportunity available for you to join the team as a Support Worker based in Paistow. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £23,582 per annum plus benefits.

About the Support Worker role:

Helena Road is a registered care service providing 24-hour Care for up to ten adults with learning disabilities and other healthcare needs.

As a support worker you will work closely with other Healthcare Professionals around the local Area. Service users require 24-hour holistic support around all their needs including accessing the Community for activities. 

We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full active life.

Candidates for this role will be expected to work a mix of day, night and weekend shifts.

Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker:

A caring, patient nature
