Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in Burton Staffordshire
Salary - Up to £40k plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, deliveries, and inventory control.
* Lead, train, schedule, and support a team of chefs, fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture.
* Manage food costs, monitor margins, and control wastage to achieve business targets.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and management team to deliver a brilliant guest experience.
* Support menu development and rollouts, ensuring consistency and quality across the team.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Senior Sous Chef, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for building and supporting great teams.
* Excellent organisational abilities and a drive for efficient kitchen systems.
* Commercial awareness with experience managing food costs, GP, and supplier relationships.
* Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
