We're working with a secondary school in Crewe that is looking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to:

Provide 1:1 and small group support

*

Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation

*

Support pupils with additional needs

*

Encourage student engagement and academic progress

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with young people (school-based or similar setting)

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills

*

A positive, proactive, and patient attitude

Further Information:

* Hours 9am - 3.20pm

* Immediate start, ongoing, with opportunity for a permanent role in time

* 5 days per week - term time only
