Premises Assistant - Hackney - COSHH Qualified - Immediate Start!

If you are, we have an OFSTED Rated Outstanding School in the London Borough of Hackney looking to speak with enthusiastic and experienced Premises Assistant for opportunities working with mainstream and SEN students. The school caters for and works with students between EYFS and KS2 with mixed learning levels and has a fantastic provision for SEN students.

The school are particularly interested if you have previously worked in a similar setting, but also open to caretakers with experience of general maintenance and repairs.

Job Details - Premises Assistant - Hackney!

· Responsible for the general maintenance and development of the fabric and grounds of the academy, to a high standard.

· To provide a safe, secure, clean, warm and stimulating environment for all site users and visitors.

· ASAP start. Full-time, permanent contract.

· £100 - £115 (UMB or PAYE options)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to undertake a range of general maintenance, caretaking and cleaning duties out routine maintenance and decorating tasks

· Enthusiasm, energy and commitment

· A flexible approach to working hours
