I'm looking for a Painter / Decorator for a project working in tenanted Social Housing Properties in and around south Birmingham. This is an ongoing contract.

The Painter / Decorator will be expected to:

Paint Properties
Treat and wash damp and mold
Decorate Properties Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Painter / Decorator that have:

Experience Painting / Decorating in social housing
Experience working with damp and mold
Less than 5 points on their licence and no unspent criminal convictionsAnd in return, the Painter / Decorator will receive:

£18-19 p/hr
Van and a feul card
