Join a busy logistics operation in Tewkesbury! We’re looking for a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to support warehouse and stock movement tasks. This is a great Temp-to-Perm opportunity offering long-term stability.

What You’ll Do 

Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently. 
Move pallets, stock, and materials around the warehouse. 
Support goods-in and goods-out operations. 
Complete general warehouse tasks when required. 
Follow all Health & Safety procedures. 
What We’re Looking For 

Valid, in-date Counterbalance certificate. 
Previous warehouse/logistics experience. 
Ability to work all shift options. 
Flexible, reliable, and safety-focused. 
Happy to work in door and outdoor.
Shift Pattern 
Weekdays: 04:00–09:00 starts 
Saturday: 04:00–07:00 starts 
Shifts vary weekly based on production needs.
