At Two Rivers Housing we believe that everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As a Repairs Administrator you’ll play a vital role in helping us provide this for thousands of families across our communities. You’ll be a key link between our tenants and the repairs teams that find and fix issues in our tenants homes.

What you’ll bring to our team

Building good relationships with our team, tenants and external partners, you’ll keep everyone up to date with important information about repair and maintenance work. Organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail, you’ll take pride in keeping our systems and records accurate and supporting our teams in delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

GCSE in English and Maths

Experience in the use of Microsoft, Word, Excel and Teams

Experience in the use of the Active H (MIS), management system would be desirable

*

Administrative or related qualification would be desirable
