We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager (RGN / RMN) to work in an award winning nursing, dementia and residential care home in High Wycombe. This comes with a salary of £27.89 per hour (£61,000 per annum) and a £2,000 welcome bonus!

As the Deputy Home Manager You will be working 42 hours per week, alongside a welcoming and warm team providing the highest quality care. The home has an Outstanding CQC rating and a feedback rating of 9.9/10!

Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home ensuring all resident and staffing needs are met
be responsible for supporting the Home Manager to embed a safe and welcoming environment for residents, their families, employees and visitors. 
Responsible for delivering the highest standard of care and taking responsibility in the HM’s absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.To apply for this Deputy Home Manager role, you will need to be:
A qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
A good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices
